How we started
Cassidy Construction started in 2024 - founded by Ruane Cassidy, a qualified construction worker - specialising in carpentry.
Ruane quickly learnt the carpentry trade, straight from school, studying an apprenticeship at Carlisle College.
After gaining his carpentry qualifications, he then went self employed - forming Cassidy Construction.
Quickly gaining contracts through hard work, reliability and putting time and effort into his craft - Cassidy Construction quickly established itself as a known company in the Cumbria region.
Present Day
Today, we continue to build new relationships with new clients, as well as maintain long-lasting relationships with old clients through reliability, clear communication and consistently high standards of workmanship.
We take pride in our craftmanship and punctuality, delivering projects on time to a high standard our clients can trust.
We regularly carry out full Kitchen and Bathroom renovations - areas where our quality craftmanship and attention to detail make a real difference.
Alongside this, we have been working on a variety of projects - such as, Decking, Fencing, Framework, Balconies and full renovations.
Here at Cassidy Construction, we truly handle everything - from small repairs, to large lengthy projects.
No matter the size of the job, our approach remains the same: Honest advice, skilled workmanship, and results our clients can rely on.
Our Future
Looking ahead, we want to continue building strong, lasting relationships with our clients through honesty, reliability, and high-quality work.
A key part of our future is expanding into property development - we are actively seeking investors and opportunities to grow through the property ladder, taking on projects that transform run-down properties into homes our clients can be proud of, whilst also contributing and bettering our local community.
Alongside development, we will continue delivering a wide range of projects, from small repairs to larger renovations - always maintaining the standards our clients can trust.
As the company grows, we also aim to strengthen our brand and make it easier for people to see the work we do and the values we stand for.
